Knowledge is central to succeeding with our manadate. It helps us serve the community better which helps provide inspiration and adrenalin to those involved in action. CEC has done much advocacy based on such inputs and brings in a multi-desciplinary approach to secceed in influencing thinking and action. It has won recognition for "Out of the Box" thinking and action with focus on innovations and in reducing performance gaps.
